Bio: Brad Rebillard, a licensed real estate broker and owner of Dutchess Country Realty, has been a realtor for over 20 years. He began his real estate career in New York City in the early 80's, and from there he proceeded to work at offices in East Fishkill, NY and in Amenia, NY. He opened his own office, Dutchess Country Realty, in Millerton, NY in 1989. The office is located today in the trademark yellow building at the intersection of Routes 22 and 44 in Millerton.
Brad, a life-long resident of the area, also worked at a residential real estate appraiser from 1990 through 2000. Brad's specialty is listing, evaluating and selling real estate in the northeast corner of Dutchess County and in southern Columbia County. He has sold real estate in both New York and Connecticut, and with 100's of sales to his name he's an accredited realtor who has a superb record for closed transactions that has established him as a real estate leader.
Brad is a member of the Millerton Lions Club, a former director and current member of the Columbia County & Northern Dutchess Multiple Listing Service (CCNDMLS); a member of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), the Vice President of the Harlem Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, an a board member of the Northeast-Millerton Library. He is active in a number of community and school organizations and events.
Brad is an avid skier and can often be found on local slopes in New York and Vermont skiing with his teenage boys and all their friends. Brad resides in Amenia with his wife, Jeanne, and his sons, Andrew and Adam.

Bio: Jeanne Rebillard is co-owner of Dutchess Country Realty and president of Rebillard Public Relations, a firm that offers media planning, event planning, and research services to businesses, non-profit groups, and grassroots organizations.
Jeanne, a life-long resident of the area, coordinates all advertising and outreach for Dutchess Country Realty, and she is a licensed real estate sales agent.

Bio: Carolynn Merwin, a licensed real estate agent, and a lifelong resident of Millerton, joined Dutchess Country Realty in 2004. A real go-getter, Carolynn loves working with buyers and sellers. She enjoys talking about the vibrant history of the local communities, as well as her experience growing-up on a local dairy farm. Her family farm still operates on Route 199 in Millerton, a place where you'll often find Carolynn still helping out in her free time.

Wayne Euvrard

Bio: Wayne Euvrard is the Supervisor of the Town of Amenia and a life-long Amenia resident. He joined Dutchess Country Realty as a licensed real estate agent in September 2004.
Wayne, a true entrepreneur, opened and later sold both Roaring Oaks Florist and Clock Tower Travel in Sharon, Connecticut. He knows the local area well and is an excellent resource in local town policy, having served on a number of local government boards including, eight years as an Amenia Town Councilman; six years on the Amenia Zoning Board of Appeals, of which he spent two years as chairman; and seven years on the Amenia Townscape Committee.
He is a 25-year member of the Amenia Lions Club, twice president of the organization, and twice a recipient of their prestigious "Lion of the Year" award. In addition to real estate, Wayne works for the Beacon Correctional Facility; and serves as the deputy zoning administrator for the Village of Millerton.
Wayne is a graduate of the Webutuck High School and attended Dutchess Community College. He served four years in the United States Navy. Wayne resides in Amenia with his wife Cami, a tennis instructor.
