| Wayne Euvrard, a life-long
Amenia resident, joined Dutchess Country Realty as a licensed
real estate agent in September 2004.
Wayne, a true entrepreneur, opened and later sold both Roaring
Oaks Florist and Clock Tower Travel in Sharon, Connecticut.
He knows the local area well and is an excellent resource in local
town policy, having served on a number of local government boards
including, eight years as an Amenia Town Councilman; six years on
the Amenia Zoning Board of Appeals, of which he spent two years
as chairman; and seven years on the Amenia Townscape Committee. He is a 25-year
member of the Amenia Lions Club, twice president of the organization,
and twice a recipient of their prestigious “Lion of the Year”
award. In addition to real estate, Wayne works for the Beacon Correctional
Facility; and serves as the deputy zoning administrator for the
Village of Millerton.
Wayne is a graduate of the Webutuck High School and attended Dutchess
Community College. He served four years in the United States Navy.
Wayne resides in Amenia with his wife Cami, a tennis instructor.
