In the mid-18th century families of East Fishkill were proud of their Dutch heritage and were culture distinct with unique tools of harvest while adopting the new American way of life. In the early 1950's the Cestone Family acquired hundreds of acres in East Fishkill, including this site for residential living and farming. Throughout the years they bequeathed some of their acreage to the Town of East Fishkill but kept this site in the family until a few years ago. The property has many possibilities - currently used as business or convert back to residential. Southern Dutchess location, minutes to TSP, Metro North, Newburgh International Airport, and NYC.
