Adam Rebillard
Sitting in the back seat of his father’s car as a kid, Adam Rebillard literally grew up in the real estate business as he tagged along with his dad, Brad Rebillard and owner of Dutchess Country Realty, as he showed homes to prospective clients.
Whether he was playing out in the yard or following his father around inside, Adam became fascinated by going into different homes and seeing how each one was unique. After this early introduction to the business, it was an easy and natural choice to get his real estate license and join his father’s agency after getting a degree in Communications at Dutchess Community College.
Today, Adam is a man of many interests including side hobbies of working in whiskey production and volunteering with multiple local community events, which reflects his deep connection to the local area.
What you might not know is that Adam is also a musician, and he relies on the creativity he has honed as a musical artist to disrupt the real estate market with new and attention-getting real estate marketing ideas.
Combined with an easy ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide on-the-spot problem solving, Adam immediately builds trust and rapport with his real estate clients simply because he knows what to do, how to do it, and more importantly: how to do it well.
With a specialty in working with first-time home buyers, Adam applies his expertise in all facets of residential real estate to help any client buy or sell their home. His knowledge, expertise, and commitment to service creates win-win partnerships with his clients.
His commitment to the home buying or selling process? Always be up front and honest. And the favorite thing about Adam’s career in real estate is meeting and working with new clients to solve their real estate needs and goals.
